Client spotlight - Canada Ocean Racing

Telling a global sailing story: Canada Ocean Racing

We’re excited to share a first look at one of our newest client partnerships: Canada Ocean Racing — a team with bold ambitions, a powerful story, and a growing presence on the global offshore sailing stage.

Our role spans social media, content creation, and storytelling, helping translate the intensity, isolation, and purpose of ocean racing into narratives that resonate far beyond the water. This isn’t just about documenting miles sailed; it’s about building a connection between the team, their mission, and an audience that increasingly values authenticity and human performance.

Canada Ocean Racing enters a space we know well. Our previous work supporting Pip Hare during two Vendée Globe campaigns has given us a deep understanding of what it takes to communicate a solo round-the-world campaign. From managing real-time race updates to crafting meaningful storytelling arcs during moments of both adversity and achievement, we developed an approach rooted in clarity, consistency, and emotional truth. We’re incredibly excited to start working with Canada Ocean Racing across a broader campaign landscape as we lead up to the 2028 Vendée Globe. Offshore racing is evolving, and so is the expectation for how teams show up off the water. Races like the Route du Rhum and other key fixtures in the sailing calendar offer more than competition; they’re global storytelling platforms, where performance, personality, and purpose intersect.

Our work focuses on bringing those elements together. From campaign planning and content strategy to day-to-day social execution, we’re excited to craft a distinctive voice in the ocean racing space - one that reflects both the technical demands of the sport and the human drive behind it.

Stay tuned for more.
