Corporate Event Photography FAQs: Why Choose Clark Creative

If your company is planning a corporate event in Dorset, Hampshire, or London, you want photography that not only captures the day but also tells your brand’s story. At Clark Creative, we specialise in professional corporate event photography that highlights your people and your brand. Here are the questions we hear most often from businesses.

1. What types of corporate events do you photograph?

We cover a wide range of corporate events, including:

  • Conferences, workshops, and seminars

  • Product launches and brand activations

  • Awards ceremonies and gala dinners

  • Networking events and company parties

  • Team-building days

Whatever your event, we adapt our approach to capture the moments that matter, with a focus on storytelling and brand consistency.

2. Why should our company choose Clark Creative?

There are plenty of photographers out there, but Clark Creative offers:

  • Experience in corporate settings, understanding how to capture professional moments naturally

  • Natural, authentic coverage - you wouldn't even know we're in the room. We blend in seamlessly with your event and team

  • Brand-focused photography, ensuring images align with your company’s image

  • High-quality, polished results suitable for social media, press, and internal communications

  • Coverage across Dorset, Hampshire, and London, providing flexibility for your events

3. How do you ensure our brand is represented in the photos and the shots we want are going to be captured?

We always like to have a discovery call with you ahead of an event so we can go through the running order, and what you want to get from the event.  We like to discuss your brand identity, goals, and any key moments you want to capture. That might be signage and logos or team interactions and key speakers or perhaps posed shots or headshots that you may want captured on the day. We are always happy to be flexible - which we find is often the best way to be once an event gets underway.

4. How does Clark Creative work during an event?

Our approach is professional but relaxed, we always work with a smile on our face and hope that’s reflected in the shots we get. We work with you around your schedule so we can capture the best shots from candid moments to posed shots, without being in the way.

Communication and planning are key for us - and we always look to be with you ahead of an event starting so we can scope out the event and get set up.

5. What happens after the event?

Once your event is over, we:

  • Look to get a smaller gallery of ‘selects’ over to you within 24 hours. If shots are needed on the day then we can usually turn these around as well as long as the schedule allows.

  • Deliver a gallery of high-resolution photos ready for marketing, social media, or press use within 48 hours of the event via a secure link.

  • For multi day events we can turn photos around the same day if required.

  • We don’t charge licensing fees or anything of that nature, once the job is done the photos are all yours.

6. Do you only photograph in Dorset, Hampshire, and London?

While we’re based on the South Coast, we’re happy to travel wherever your corporate event takes place in the UK. Whether it’s London, Hampshire, Dorset, or beyond, we provide consistent, professional coverage for every client. We’ve photographed all over the country, in Europe and in the United States.

7. How far in advance should we book?

Corporate events often require careful planning. We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for busy periods. That said, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

8. How can we book Clark Creative for our event?

It’s simple. Get in touch through our contact page with:

  • Event date and location

  • Type of coverage you need

  • Any special requests or key moments you want captured

We’ll provide a tailored package that fits your event, your brand, and your budget.

Final Thoughts
